A: We usually quote you within 24 hours after receiving your inquiry. If you are urgent to get a quote, please call us or let us know in your mail so we can prioritize your inquiry.

Q: Is your company more competitive in price and quality in the industry?

A: We have our own factory, so our advantage is low price and short delivery time. We welcome you to visit our factory at any time! Our production workshop has an independent quality inspection process, to ensure the high quality of each batch of products. All our products are customized according to your requirements and packaging needs.

Q: How can I make sure that my order uses fast and cheap transportation ways and what about the method of transportation?

A: For small orders, express will be the best shipping method. For bulk orders, ocean freight is usually the best. For urgent orders, we recommend shipping via Air-Express plus or using one of our shipping partners. For your specific transportation method selection, we will provide you with professional suggestions and choices based on your order.

Q: I'm not a professional in designing packaging, I only have some basic information, not even a logo, I don't know what is the most suitable design for my product, what should I do?

A: No need to worry at all! All you need to do is contact us, providing general ideas and basic information, our design team will communicate with you, and provide professional advice to guide you forward. All the designs are according to your requirements.

Q: How to get samples?

A: If you just need a blank sample to check the design and paper quality, we will provide you the samples for free, but you need to pay for the postage fees.
